Grand Haven Area Schools and Mosaic Counseling Respond to Tragedy Impacting School Community

Mandy Karolkovich, identified as a premier substitute at Peach Plains Elementary School, was among the victims in a recent tragic incident affecting families and school-aged children (ages five to fifteen) in Grand Haven. Fellow students organized a vigil to honor their classmates, highlighting the community's immediate response. Grand Haven area schools, in partnership with Mosaic counseling, are offering grief counseling sessions to support children throughout the district. These sessions are accessible to all ages without the need for appointments and are being held at Hope Church (Grand Haven) and Summit Church (West Olive) today from 1 to 4 p.m.
